I'm based in West London where I also work as a volunteer counsellor for a local charity. I have the PG Dip in the Person Centered and Existential traditions, am studying for the MA, and have over 20 years experience of working with individuals and groups to discover what is important for them, finding ways in which to make sustainable change.
I'm a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, adhere to their ethical guidelines and am listed on their website.
I’m registered with the International Community for Ecopsychology, am listed on their website and am committed to working with nature in a grounded, robust way.
I qualified as a nurse in 1986 at Kings College and a midwife in 1992 at St Mary's.
Working with the balance between being solitary and in community, rights and responsibilities, paradox, resolution, submission and action, are central to my practice.
